Dr. Kumar Sujeet Singh Kanhaiya is an industrial executive, management researcher and independent director with more than thirty-five years of experience in materials management, procurement, contracts, operations, human-resource development and organisational leadership.

He previously served in senior leadership positions at the Steel Authority of India Limited, including Chief General Manager and Head of Materials Management. His qualifications and professional development span engineering, management, corporate law, applied psychology, sustainability, ESG, risk management and alternative dispute resolution. He is also an author, researcher, journal reviewer and startup mentor.

At LAGA, he leads institutional-development efforts and helps connect the Academy’s programmes with businesses, professional bodies and other potential partners.
